Gabriella Parker is a dedicated and experienced family law attorney committed to guiding clients through some of life’s most challenging legal matters. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego, where she majored in psychology and earned honors in clinical psychology. Following her passion for advocacy, she pursued her law degree at the University of San Francisco School of Law, where her hard work and dedication placed her in the top 20% of her class. Gabriella successfully passed the California Bar Exam on her first attempt and was admitted to the State Bar in December 2019.

During law school, Gabriella gained extensive experience in family law while working with the Legal Aid of Sonoma County, the Family Violence Law Center, and a solo family law practitioner. These experiences deepened her understanding of the legal complexities surrounding family dynamics and prepared her for a career dedicated to advocating for clients in all areas of family law.

Since becoming an attorney, Gabriella has zealously represented clients in a wide range of complex cases, including high-asset divorces, intricate child custody disputes, and matters involving domestic violence. She has appeared in court on behalf of her clients for numerous Request for Order hearings and has successfully taken several cases to trial. Her trial experience includes high-stakes matters such as an interspousal transfer deed dispute, a contested move-away request, and domestic violence allegations. One of her most notable cases involved an interstate child abduction, where she worked closely with law enforcement and social workers to reunite abducted children with their father in California and ensure they received the protection they deserved.

As a mother and wife herself, Gabriella understands the deeply personal and emotional nature of family law matters. She prides herself on her attention to detail, strategic advocacy, and holistic approach to cases. She firmly believes that every client deserves individualized care and representation and that each case is not just about resolving a legal dispute—it’s about rebuilding lives.
